I just finished taking two professional development classes through Learners Edge Inc. I was pleased with the course design.  Many online classes I have taken have a large amount of deadlines and are overly picky with grading.  These classes are open ended, so there is one due date for all of the assignments to be finalized.  The assignments lended themselves more towards self reflection rather than analyzing.
